Hourly Designer Rate may include, but not limited to, time required for the following activities:

• Meetings with Client: on site or elsewhere

• Research & Design: research of style & functionality, design concept, colour palette

• Materials Assistance: Accompaniment to local retailers to assist with product choices

• Drawings: floorplans, elevations, 3D renderings

• Boards & Models: mood boards, design boards (includes samples), 3D models

• Budget: preparation of budget breakdown

• Sourcing: online & local

• Revisions: to design, budget &/or schedule

• Implementation: ordering/purchasing, pick-up & delivery, secure trades 

• Commencement: trade coordination, installation, construction, styling/showcasing

• Deficiencies: noting and resolution

• Travel: for sourcing and meetings
